"Stories make us more alive, more human, more courageous, more loving."
~Madeleine L'Engle

Everyone has a story…what’s yours?

You’re the main character in your Life Story and a supporting character in the life stories of countless others. These tales are love stories, tragedies, comedies and dramas – a combination of joy, sadness, laughter, tears, clarity and confusion.

In our fast-paced world of abbreviated communication – texting, Facebook, twittering, instant messaging – key “scenes” of our lives are reduced to blurbs. Storytelling itself is in danger of becoming a lost art.

Everyone has a story to tell, whether or not you consider yourself a writer. Viewed in the context of a book’s plot, the scenes of your life's journey speak and share their wisdom. What are the conflicts of your life? Who are the heroes? The villains? Where were your dark moment(s)? The new beginnings? The happy, hurtful or unresolved endings?

Whether you have a treasured childhood memory you’d like to preserve, a life experience you long to examine, or an everyday observation you’d like to share, rely on GPS to help you reach your writing destination.
